The £20 booking fee ensures you attend your first appointment. This amount is non returnable and will be deducted from your final bill.

Where possible we will try to accommodate appointment changes. A Minimum of 2 weeks notice to change your appointment is required to transfer your booking fee. However it is your responsibility not to double book yourself or book a holiday/ hen party etc.

The full time slot allocated for your appointment is needed to assess and pin your dress. If you arrive late (10 minutes or more) to your first appointment, I reserve the right to deem the appointment as cancelled. Loosing your booking fee to cover the appointment.

Cancelation with less than 2 weeks notice before the first appointment will incur a loss of of the booking fee. Deposits are non transferable to other appointments if transfer is requested with less than 2 weeks notice.

it is your responsibility to ensure your dress, shoes and any underwear are brought to all your fittings. I will not alter your hem without your shoes.
